Shipping + Returns

• Free shipping on all orders over $100 because we love ya! 
• All items are shipped via UPS or USPS
• ​​Items are shipped out within 5-10 business days. Any item with a longer turnaround time will have the estimated ship time written in the product description.

Shipping transit times vary and are beyond our ability to control. We are not responsible for lost items or items damaged during shipping. Such matters are to be dealt with by the customer to their postal service. Any customs fees or taxes charged are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Returns/ Order Cancellations:
The Citizen & Co does not accept returns or cancellations unless item is sent damaged. We are not responsible for items damaged by the customer or the postal service.

Anything sent back damaged will receive a replacement of that same item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit to your account.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns from anyone.
